This happens twice in the song; 03:14 and 04:02.   

Time sig is 7/4. its a 14 note sequence (quavers/8th notes or whatever)

10 bars for main solo section and about 3 & 1/2 bars for the later shorter section:

Alternate pattern. This swaps the fretted and open e (notes 8 and 10) which makes it a bit more 
logical to play.  I am not convinced this is how Alex plays it as the fretted notes sound far clearer 
than the open strings on the original recording which suggests the first pattern.
