Now there's a thing that Eddie Van Halen does called palm harmonics (everyone else copied him),
which if you take the side of your hand/palm and slide it along the strings where the
pickups are up to the neck youll get a high pitch harmonics sound. It's best done on the G
string (now an F string cause you're tuned a step down) and that's where Zakk does it on 
this track.

Slide the side of your palm/hand in the pickup area before the neck starts while doing
that and you'll achieve the sound in the song. He also has his Wah on and high gain so you
need that get that really screaming sound. At the bend on the F and A string you pinch 
the two notes and bend them up as much as you can with the Wah still on
