Level= Max
low= Max boost
Hi= slight cut
Gain= 80%
Effect= Fuzz 2

Guitar volume= Max

Use bridge pickup, fat strings, tube amplifier, marshal or orange will do. A Vintage Sunn will be perfect. 
Boost the bass at the amp equipment. 4x12 celestion 30 vintage.
