This is one of the greatest acoustical songs I've ever heard in my
life, and after scouring the internet for a TAB only to find two
results from the search engines, both posts in forums requesting the
TAB, I decided I'd stop being so damn lazy and TAB it myself =) It's
not perfect, but it's gotta be close! All suggestions/corrections
are welcome of course! I'm pretty sure gtr 1 is right, but I could
especially use some help on gtr 2 at certain points in the song.
Namely the parts where gtr 2 is doing more than just playing single
notes.

Tune down a half step, and then tune up very slightly... It's not a
perfect half step down... I recommend listening to the song and tune
the A string according to the song and then tune all the other
strings according to that. The open A string is the first note to be
played in the song, that's why it's so easy to use it =) Let ring...
Gtr 2 plays on lowest 3 strings, gtr 1 on the highest 3, except where
noted.
