I have no idea what they are doing for this last part of the solo.
All I know is that the first note is on the 15th and it is bended
two whole steps up.  The last note is on the 20th on the E string
I think and it is bended one whole step.  This is a crazy solo
and I'm sorry if there are a lot of errors (which I know there are)
but I think this should give you a good idea or guideline for it.
