This is my own work.  My tabs pick up right where Joe says "C'mon Steve get it!" (at 3:05 on the 
album version).  
The triplets on the high e string are how I've seen them do it live, it's more of a hammer & pull on the 
recording, but this is easier and sounds just as good, which is likely why Viv does it this way 
(or variations thereof when live) a lot. Lastly, when live they'll often play this down at the traditional 
E range on the GBE strings, but tabbed as it is on the 9th fret like an E power chord you might find easier.
